The bus that took us was in very bad condition, very uncomfortable, we couldn't fit properly; the suitcases were in the front because there was no room in the luggage compartment. The agency told us the pick-up time with very little notice, they picked us up very early at 5:45 in the morning, and we spent more than an hour picking up the rest of the group.

Translate this opinion into English.

Terrible service. The reservation was for 6:15 AM, and they confirmed we would depart at 10:00 AM. They didn't arrive for us at 10:00 AM, initially citing an accident, but 10 minutes later they said it was a logistical problem. Finally, they confirmed they would arrive at 1:30 PM, even though we had checked out earlier to ensure a 10:00 AM departure. They arrived at 2:00 PM, the vehicle was dirty, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. When we arrived at the town to cross to the island, they took us to a different town.

The minivan that took us from Rio to the port (a 3-hour journey) was old and had very worn seats. It was incredibly uncomfortable for a 3-hour trip. Once we arrived at the port, we had to wait an hour to board, so we lost a lot of time getting to Ilha Grande. Overall, if you want to save money, it's fine, but there are other companies that, for a slightly higher price, offer the same service with more comfort and better time management.

There was a one-hour delay in the transport. The vehicle had to stop twice to refuel and was in very poor mechanical condition.

A terrible experience. We waited an hour and a half at the hotel for our pickup. The reservation was for 10:00 AM, but we arrived at the pier at 3:30 PM after several stops. The service was disorganized and far too expensive for what they offered. It's better to take Uber: faster, more direct, and probably cheaper. I don't recommend them and I won't use them again. In short, it was awful.

The transfer is scheduled according to the selected pick-up zone. We understand that, unfortunately, there was a considerable delay, and that waiting while the other passengers were picked up caused a further delay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Opinion translated. Show original.

The driver was punctual and contacted us, and we arrived in time to catch the boat. However, the van was very old, very uncomfortable, dirty, and the door was broken. It was an extremely uncomfortable trip. Other agencies' minibuses were in very good condition; ours was by far the worst. The transfer already had bad reviews; I don't know why you don't stop using Civitatis or change providers. Why don't you stop using them when all our other experiences have been fantastic?

They arrived to pick us up two hours late. The transfer we had booked was a private service, but they ended up taking us to a packed bus, which broke down en route, delaying our arrival by many more hours. Our suitcases were locked inside the bus, and they wanted us to leave on another bus without them. No one responded to our complaints, and we were extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Unpunctuality in collection. We were six passengers in total in a car without a trunk, so the suitcases were put in a separate vehicle and they did not travel with us. And the passengers in the back had to be cramped with a suitcase occupying part of their seat. The driver's attitude was fantastic. But the means were not appropriate for the comfortable transportation of the group.

Parfait ! Translate this opinion into English.
