The Castle of Almodóvar del Río was an Andalusian fortress located on the El Redondo mountain. If you're a fan of the popular series Game of Thrones, you may be familiar with it already as it was used to film scenes of the Highgarden!

With this ticket, you'll get to explore the castle and discover its medieval legends. Visit the Tower, the King's Hall and Weapon's Courtyard.

Dare to enter the Torture Chamber, where Peter of Castile tortured his prisoners, and discover where he hid his riches!

Opening Times

The Castle of Almodóvar del Río is open during the following times:

January to March and October to December: Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 2:30 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Weekends and holidays, from 11 am to 7 pm.
April, May and September: Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 2:30 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. Weekends and holidays, from 11 am to 8 pm.
June, July and August 1 to 15: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3:30 pm. Weekends and holidays, from 11 am to 8 pm.
